How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend 4–6 weeks ahead for most celebrations, and 2–3 months for larger events or peak season dates. Last-minute requests are always worth asking about.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Paris, Ontario and serve Brant County, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton and surrounding areas. Travel outside that range is quoted separately.
Do you require a deposit?+
Yes — a 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date, with the balance due one week before your event.
How long do balloon installations last?+
Indoor organic garlands typically look beautiful for 1–2 weeks. Outdoor installations are designed for the day of your event.
Can you match my colour palette?+
Absolutely. Every setup is custom-designed around your palette, venue and theme — send us inspiration and we'll build from there.
Do you handle teardown?+
Yes. Teardown is included in every package so you never have to think about it after the celebration.
